net removal - How do we identify affected programs Software Started a new one and it seemed to behave itself in initial testing.Īlso check this out, now who is ever gonna top this: Strange thing is on the rocket i was having issues with it was all right theres something out of whack throwing it off but i couldn't find it so gave up lol. Typically thats because the balance isn't right. I still seem to be having issues with controlling my rockets they seem to always want to turn :/ I watched them and managed better rockets. Once you get a feel for it, you will be amazed how easy it is to get into orbit.
KERBAL SPACE PROGRAM COMMUNITY HOW TO
Still trying to figure out how to get it so far into space that it orbits
I can barely launch the first mission probe. I only got it on Saturday (after reading the other thread).
KERBAL SPACE PROGRAM COMMUNITY SERIES
What you don't see in that series is all the quick saves and quick loads. First time I ever lanted on the Mun (took me too ties). If it makes you feel any better this was the first time I ever went out of orbit (took me 3 tries). I launch unstable rockets into space with as much thrust as possible and hope for the best. Yeaaaaah im not gonna be able to beat that. Here we are getting ready for re-entry with the Mun in the distance. Bob is very happy he got his suit nice and clean before he had to get back into it! Once we leave Munar orbit we move the crew back into the Command Module. SUCCESS!!! It took what felt like forever but we were able to get the ships back together and bid the Mun goodbye! This caused it to tip over, hit the lander which kocked the top fuel tank loose just enough to send Bob flying and messing his space suit.Īfter this Jebediah boarded the lander, he quickly installed a new air freshener, and he and Bob headed into orbit to get back with Bill in the command module.

Also engineering failed to install any batteries or solar panels for power to the pod, without power it was junk. He found the issue was the decoupler was pointed in the wrong direction, it should have stayed on the lander instead of the escape pod. Jebediah, after checking on Bob to make sure he was ok, did some investigation as to what happened. He used his jetback to get back into the lander and clean the mess he made in his spacesuit. Poor Bob was a little shaken up after that. Here is Bob's view as he goes flying off into the distance! Next thing Bob knows he is flying into orbit! As you seen from the picture above I had a small escape vehicle (part of the challenge) and as Bob went to get on it the decoupler decided to spontaneously combust. It was a bit rocky but we had a successful landing! Jebediah and Bob pose for the camera!Īnd now we get to the failure part. So I'm very excited that I got this far without screwing up. This is the first time I have ever gone out of Kerbin orbit. We leave Bill in the Command Module as Jebediah and Bob head in the lander to the surface. Apollo Mk1 in all her glory, ready for lift off to the Mun! BUT I still consider it a complete success because I did things I never have before in Kerbal!!! I was unable to achieve all objectives unfortunately. Don't just write yourself a negative review of what you could've done better to have fun regardless of what you want to do in this game.I did my own challenge tonight. This game is 7 years old now and there has been things happening since, try to get yourself familiar and also try to find what other people in the community been doing to take inspirations and suggestions from. Or should it fall into pieces, you'll need to know why.ģ. Also, I'd suggest you to fly your very own rocket ship to understand how to not to do certain things so that it won't just fall into pieces.
KERBAL SPACE PROGRAM COMMUNITY MANUAL
Try the sandbox mode first, read the manual if necessary, and try to fly some stock aircraft to get a grip with the manual control. I'd say 8GB+ of system RAM is necessary.Ģ. Game's intense as hell and simulations took quite noticeably resources wise and please give it enough RAM so that it could breathe. Don't ever crank up the graphics with any integrated graphics. If you ever thought of experiencing the chaos of going to the moon or exploding experiments after experiments, this is your only chance ! From mods, scripting, and years of community following the game, it proves how 9/10 this game feel to me, personally.ġ.
